Vinoy Park Rules

To ensure the safety of all patrons and guests, Vinoy Park Events have created the following code of conduct and policy guidelines. Please review and follow the rules and policies below as failure to abide by them may result in expulsion from the venue without refund.

Accessibility Policy

Vinoy Park wants to make sure that everyone visiting the venue can have a great time. Most events will have plenty of space for wheelchairs. But if you require any special accessibility accommodations, please call 727-893-7345 at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled event to discuss any specific needs you may have.

Arrival Policy

For most events, it is recommended that guests arrive no later than 30 minutes before an event’ starts time. For some concerts and special events, late arrivals may be asked to wait before entry for an appropriate break period.

Bag Policy

Bags are welcome but are subject to search by event staff.

Camera Policy

Flash photography, video or audio recording devices, and professional cameras with detachable lenses are strictly prohibited for all performances. Standard or nonprofessional cameras are only allowed if both the venue and artist provides public authorization and will be noted in the program guide or description.

Cancellation Policy

Usually, events and shows are never canceled since the show must go on. But if a show is canceled or postponed due to weather or artist cancellation you can request a refund or reschedule of your ticket at 727-893-7441.

Dress Code Policy

Clothes are required but the style is up to you.

Lost and Found Policy

Lost an item at an event? You can ask event staff for help with finding the lost and found service. You can also call 727-893-7441 after the performance. Please be prepared to leave your full name, contact information, and a detailed description of your lost item.

Vinoy Park does not claim responsibility for your lost possessions.

Prohibited Items

To keep guests and staff safe, Vinoy Park prohibits the following items from the venue.

  • Chains and spiked jewelry
  • Weapons
  • Pocket Knives
  • Laser Pointers
  • Illegal Substances
  • Animals (service animals are allowed)
  • Beach balls and inflatables
  • Bullhorns and air horns
  • Fireworks
  • Clothing, signs, or other articles featuring offensive or disturbing imagery
  • Signs with sticks
  • Posterboard signs
  • Confetti and Silly String
  • Tobacco products and electronic cigarettes
  • Laptops/iPads
  • Pepper Spray/Mace

Individual events may have additional prohibited items. Please refer to the specific event for a complete list.

Refund Policy

Unless a show is postponed or canceled, all sales are final. If a show is postponed or canceled, please call the box office at 727-893-7441 to ask about a refund or reschedule.

Smoking Policy

Smoking of cigarettes, pipes, vapes, or any other smoking paraphernalia is not allowed in the venue or within 300 feet of any entrance. You may ask the event staff if there is a designated smoking space available.
